The change from version 3.02 to 3.03 of HDS is done mainly due to a change in the file format. The handling of variable string fields is done in a more efficient way. The change of a variable string does not cause a new write of the complete record any more.
AutoStarter 1.0 uses HDS 3.03. The schedules database can only be manipulated with HDS 3.03 (and higher), so the HDS Monitor is included in this package although it is not generally needed for the usage of AutoStarter.
